1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the Netherlands only.
Orders with delivery addresses outside the Netherlands are not accepted at this time.


2. What products do you sell?

The Beestenboel specialises in pet accessories, including collars, leads, beds, toys, and other everyday essentials designed for comfort, durability, and style.


3. How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 0–1 business day, Monday to Friday.

Orders placed before 6:00 PM (CET) are usually processed the same business day.


4. How long does delivery take?

  • Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
    Delivery times may vary due to courier delays or incorrect address details.

5. How much does shipping cost?

  • Express Shipping: €5.90 (flat rate within the Netherlands)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over €99

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout.


6. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking details usually become active within 24 hours.


7. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Delivery addresses cannot be changed once an order is in transit.

If you need to update your address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.


8. What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your order.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • Free from damage or signs of use

Return authorisation is required.


9. Who pays for return shipping?

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Return shipping is covered by The Beestenboel
  • Change of mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

10. Do you charge restocking or processing fees?

No.
The Beestenboel does not charge any restocking, refurbishment, or processing fees.


11. How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Bank processing times may vary

12. Do you offer exchanges?

Exchanges are available only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Please contact us before returning the item to arrange an exchange.


13. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
